For the first time, recruitment to military universities in the Central Military District will take place in the regions of residence of applicants

Ekaterinburg. 25-th of August. INTERFAX - For the first time, recruitment to military higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will be held in the regions of residence of applicants on the basis of military commissariats of the Central Military District (CVD), the press service of the Central Military District reported on Monday.

The report notes that from July 15 to August 5, experts of the field teams, together with representatives of military commissariats, will determine the professional and psychological suitability of candidates, as well as their level of physical fitness, health and motivation.

"From July 25 to August 10, the selection committees of military educational institutions, relying on the results of visiting groups, the results of the exam and individual achievements of applicants, will conduct the final professional selection. Applicants who successfully pass it will be summoned to universities," the statement says.
